Our passion

Our passion for drinks, and especially wine, inspired us to create a soft alternative to wine and sparkling wine. Based on a good selection of basic products and technology, we managed to produce soft drinks with the perfect taste and aroma of wine and the preservation of its beneficial substances.

Process of wine dealcoholization

Dealcoholised wines are the result of a gentle production process during which a vacuum at a temperature of around 21 °C removes alcohol in a very slow way. Thanks to this, we are able to preserve the bouquet and taste of wine. The alcohol concentration thus reaches less than 0.05 % by volume (which is close to 0% and less than the apple in kind).
